Store PoliciesOur Shipping PolicyOnce payment is processed, items will be shipped via United State Postal Service Priority mail. Express items can be shipped either through Express mail service or FedEx. Insurance is optional. For other convenient methods, feel free to contact us any time at shipping@craftandjewel.com. Minimum shipping costs for all retail orders in US is $2.95. The slight variation in additional items will automatically shows in the shopping cart while adding the items to the cart. We can send items to P.O Boxes. However, Craftandjewel.com will not be responsible for items lost or damaged while at the P.O Box location. As soon as payment clears, your purchases will be shipped. Please note that items will take approximately 5-7 business days to reach you. Craftandjewel.com will not be responsible for items reaching customers later than 7 days due to environmental hazards and weather conditions. For items ordered that are currently not in stock, an average lead time of 3-4 weeks is expected before items can be shipped. Return PolicyCraftandJewel.com has a 15 day item inspection period and return policy for all products purchased. We will not accept returns after 15 days from the date of purchase. If the item came damaged or you find item to be unsatisfactory, we encourage you to contact us and send back the item for a full refund. Craftandjewel.com will not take returns for damages caused after being delivered to customers. Items must be returned in the original box, unused, and contain all materials included with the shipment. We do not apply any restocking charge for the returns. All shipping charges are exclusive of this agreement. Return for RefundAs we provide very low shipping and handling charges,refund amount will be the cost of the item less 15%, that covers the credit card processing/handling fees. Products under Discounted/Sale categories doesn't qualify for return/refund.
